Dancers learn to move to the rhythm of Bachata music with smooth footwork, turns, and body movement, typically danced "on 2" (meaning the steps are synchronized with the second beat of the music). This style incorporates more structure and is often danced in a line or "slot," with a focus on clean, precise footwork and elegant partner connection. It's a great way to improve timing, musicality, and balance, all while enjoying the lively and romantic feel of Bachata music.
