Our mission is to provide a welcoming space for dancers of all ages and backgrounds to express themselves, build confidence, and grow—whether they are taking their first steps in dance or refining their craft.

Fuerza Dance Studio was founded by Fausto Félix, a passionate dancer, choreographer, and advocate for arts education. Born and raised in a neighborhood that lacked access to formal arts training, Fausto experienced firsthand the limitations imposed by a lack of resources. As a child, he dreamed of being a dancer but didn’t have the opportunity to train in the way he longed for. This experience shaped his commitment to creating a space that would give the next generation of dancers the access he never had.

Fuerza Dance Studio was born out of Fausto's lifelong dream to make the arts accessible to all. With a focus on inclusivity and community, Fuerza offers a range of classes and programs in various dance styles, including salsa, bachata, hip hop, ballet, and other contemporary dance styles. But beyond technique, Fuerza is about building resilience, embracing diversity, and fostering a sense of belonging.

Fausto’s vision for Fuerza is deeply rooted in his commitment to the neighborhood he grew up in. He wanted to create a place where kids, teens, and adults could find their artistic voice, where dance would not just be a form of entertainment, but a transformative tool for personal growth and community connection.
